Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ICOS or CarePal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Use of services

ICOS is licensed to health organisations for clinical and operational use. CarePal is available to patients of ICOS-powered organisations. You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with them.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getICOS.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Health data and clinical decisions

ICOS and CarePal are clinical management tools. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals. Intelligent Care Inc. does not provide medical advice and is not liable for clinical outcomes.

5. Fees and payment

ICOS subscription fees are as agreed in your service agreement. Fees are billed monthly or annually. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting sales@getICOS.com.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelligent Care Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
