Intelligent Care Inc. is the company behind ICOS and CarePal. We are headquartered in Navrongo, Upper East Region, Ghana, and operate globally. When we say "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Intelligent Care Inc.

We collect data you provide when using ICOS or CarePal: account information (name, email, phone), health data entered by or about patients, usage data about how you interact with our systems, and technical data such as IP addresses and device identifiers.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve our services, process transactions, send service notifications, support clinical workflows, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Health data
Patient health data stored in ICOS is owned by the health organisation that entered it. Intelligent Care Inc. acts as a data processor. We apply encryption at rest and in transit to all health records. Access is strictly role-based.
5. Data retention
We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at privacy@intelligentcareos.com.
6. Your rights
